This is a very uncertain time for us all, and we appreciate your custom and your adherence to the government rules to stay safe. We recognise that you may have immense challenges, questions and queries. We have put together this guide to help you as a tenant in one of our houses in these uncertain times.

As a tenant in one of our properties it is vital that you follow good hygiene and social distancing guidance. 

 

What You Need To Do
  • Only go outside for food, health reasons or essential work
  • Stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people
  • Wash your hands as soon as you get home
  • Leave the house only for ESSENTIAL shopping
  • Only leave the house to exercise, once per day

Paying Rent

Your rent is still payable. Please inform us if you cannot pay, so that we can set up a payment plan. Any arrears are still owed. The government has said that you cannot be evicted for three months if you don’t pay. You may be able to claim benefits. You may be furloughed and be able to receive 80% of your previous income. If neither of these apply to you, please contact us and we can support you with your rent. If you would like to apply for reduced rent, please complete this form:
