We currently have one rooms available in this house share.
A perfectly placed, spacious Victorian house, just 16 minutes’ walk from Crewe train station and a very short distance to the nearest supermarket and high street.
Bills are included in the rental price – superfast broadband, gas, electricity, water, council tax – and we provide a regular cleaner for communal areas.
All rooms share a large kitchen/diner, utility room, two bathrooms/shower rooms and rear garden. Each room is furnished with:
- Double divan bed with mattress
- Bedside table & light
- Chest of drawers
- Blackout curtains
- Smart TV
WHAT ABOUT THE KITCHEN?
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker range and hob, two fridge/freezers, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. The kitchen also dining table and chairs. In addition, we provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house.
As professional landlords we care about the safety of our tenants, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and self closing fire doors.
We manage single let properties. We work with a range of landlords, from those who are starting out to those with larger portfolios.
