WHAT ABOUT THE KITCHEN?
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer and extra under-unit fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of cupboard and storage space. The kitchen also includes a dining table. In addition, we provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan & brush and various cleaning items that you might need! We also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.
As professional landlords we care about the safety of our tenants, so the whole house is fitted with the latest safety equipment including wired smoke detectors, emergency lighting and fire doors (which are also soundproofed).
We manage single let properties. We work with a range of landlords, from those who are starting out to those with larger portfolios.
