There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.

    What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?

    We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.

    Do I have to pay a deposit?

    Yes, just £250 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything OK with room and up to date with rent.
