In this shared house on a quiet street we have rooms available now! As there are only 5 rooms you are not overcrowded and the kitchen/diner has everything you need to cook and live comfortably with all mod-cons.

It is a 15 minute walk from Crewe train station, near to a large supermarket, local shops, restaurants and bus routes.
Bills are included in the rental price: superfast broadband, council tax and all utility bills. A cleaner is also provided fortnightly for all communal areas. .

What about the bathroom and kitchen?
Three of the rooms have ensuites and then there is one beautiful shared bathroom with power shower and plenty of hot running water for the remaining two rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker and hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of cupboard and storage space, as well as a breakfast bar.
We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! However, we also provide a fortnightly cleaner for all communal areas.
What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.
References and background checks will be required on application.
Do you pay a deposit?
Yes, just £250 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything OK with room and up to date with rent.
